The definition of a “hidden jewel,” Lucky’s is tucked neatly away down a flight of stairs that you’d never guess hides one of the best places around for breakfast, lunch, or even a relaxing coffee break if you work in the Grove Street area. With both order in and take-out, both counter-service style, Lucky’s is definitely a neighborhood kind of place, boasting huge, delicious, and inventive sandwiches on all sorts of unique (and always being pulled out fresh from the oven) breads. Their salads are wonderful ~ meals in themselves ~ as are the soups and chowders, wraps, and other specials…and their desserts? A sweet tooth’s dream!
