It appears that a new tenant will be moving into the space at 65 Water Street. We hear that Nick Vapiano of Holden’s Flip Flops has inked a deal with the building owner for a new restaurant. This is great space in the heart of Worcester’s Canal District that never really took off under the previous owners.
