Chicago’s best pizza

It appears, according to Time Out Chicago, the Windy City’s arts & entertainment weekly, that the best thin crust pizza in the Chicago is made by Worcester native Jay Spillane at his Coal Fire Pizza. Spillane, who grew up on Grafton Hill, was also picked by Oprah Winfrey as Chicago’s Best Bartender and has appeared regularly on her show. Maybe he stole the Wonder Bar’s recipe for dough…or is it the high temperature oven?
