Experience the Beers of the British Isles at the French Culinary Institute’s International Culinary Center.
There are few things more iconically British than a pint (or several!) of suds. There are also few things more iconically warm-weather-compatible than suds. In that spirit, The French Culinary Institute’s International Culinary Center is offering a Tasting Tour: Beers of the British Isles on Thursday, March 12th.
This course raises a glass to six kinds of traditional brews from across England, Scotland, and Ireland. By tasting the finest labels of each variety, you will learn the history and characteristics of these classic forms, developing a palate for their complexities and a nose for their influences on modern brewing, just in time for the ultimate celebration of all things hops and barley, Saint Patrick’s Day!
Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
