Nori (Norihiko) grew up in Aomori, Japan, which is a rich treasure trove of food resources, and found his passion in cooking in his early 20s. Since then, he trained both at a hotel in Tokyo, and a very famous traditional restaurant in Aomori prefecture where everything was cooked from scratch with only the finest ingredients. He also cooked for a number of Japanese owned restaurants in the US, and with more than 30 years of cooking experience, he enjoys serving his dishes at “Sushi MIYAZAWA”.
