Slow Food

The Regional Environment Council is hosting a slow food gala on Friday Oct. 2 at Holy Cross with cocktails at 6 and dinner at 7pm. The autumn meal starts off with butternut bisque, followed by pumpkin ravioli, followed by salad. The entrée is either a locally grown hangar steak, free range chicken, or spaghetti squash. Dessert is a flourless chocolate cake. The cost is $65 for REC Members and $75 for non members. For information, contact the REC at 508-799-9139.
