Sole gets new chef.

Worcester’s Sole Proprietor recently added Brian Flagg as a new Executive Chef, joining Chef Joseph Wong. Flaggs was named Providence’s best new chef in 1994, was chosen by the Governor to represent MA at the 2006 Great American Seafood Cook-Off, and has served as Executive Chef for some of the region’s top restaurants. Most recently, Flagg served as Executive Chef of the Millennium Boston Hotel. Before that, he was the Regional Executive Chef for Jasper White’s Summer Shack.
